Sanderson, Texas

Good tailwind most of the day. Fairly light traffic, a little heavier in the afternoon. Rough surface on road.

Went through Judge Roy Bean Museum after “breakfast” (only 1 oatmeal package each). Pretty good museum and cactus garden.

Got to Sanderson a bit ahead of the Odoms. They fed us dinner. Gene made us Margaritas and had good cigars for us. Janette and the boys made cookies and I ate about 10,000 of them.

Not sure what we’re going to do tomorrow. Either on route or to Big Bend with the Odoms.
